How to join BuyBoard®
BuyBoard provides separate pathways depending on your organization type and location. Always follow your internal purchasing policies before submitting any agreement.
Confirm eligibility
Review BuyBoard’s eligible entity types and confirm whether your organization uses the National Cooperative, the Texas Cooperative, or a Nonprofit Subscriber Agreement.
Complete the agreement
Governmental entities outside Texas typically join through the National Purchasing Cooperative Interlocal Participation Agreement.
